1. The provider and these terms
Lodgi Sight is provided by Nexora Solutions, trading as Lodgi Sight, based in Belize, Central America ("Lodgi Sight," "we," "us," or "our"). Contact us at support@lodgisight.com. These Terms of Service govern your use of our marketing website and the application at app.lodgisight.com, including associated dashboards, integrations, reports, and AI features (the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you act for a business, you represent that you have authority to bind it; "you" includes that business. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Keep a copy of the terms applicable when you subscribe. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling, and our Refund Policy describes cancellation and refund rights.
2. What Lodgi Sight provides
Lodgi Sight is subscription software for short-term rental hosts and property managers. It provides portfolio overviews, calendars, forecasting, reservation views, accounting reports, property comparisons, and AI-assisted analysis using supported connected data. Access is delivered online through your account; no physical goods are shipped.
A supported Lodgify account and API access are needed to analyze your own connected portfolio. Demo data is illustrative. Lodgify and other third-party subscriptions are separate from Lodgi Sight. We do not operate your accommodation, collect rent from your guests, or become a party to your guest bookings. The currently supported Lodgify integration reads data; changes to prices, availability, stay rules, or reservations remain your responsibility.
3. Eligibility and account security
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter an agreement. Provide accurate account and billing details and keep them current. Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, use secure passwords, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for people you authorize to access your account, but this does not make you responsible for losses caused by our breach of duties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Do not sell, transfer, or share account access outside the arrangements we expressly support. You may not impersonate another person or use the Service where prohibited by applicable law or sanctions.
4. Plans, AI allowances, and local tools
Starter, Pro, and Business include access to the same feature set. Higher plans provide larger monthly AI allowances. Current prices, rental-count recommendations, and allowance comparisons appear on the Pricing page; the price, taxes, currency, billing interval, and any additional conditions displayed at checkout apply to your purchase.
AI-powered requests consume usage. The amount used can vary with the request, analysis, and resources required; an allowance is not a promise of a fixed number of questions or reports. Dashboards, browsing reservations and calendars, local calculations, forecasting calculations, and accounting exports do not themselves consume AI allowance. Choosing an AI analysis from within those workspaces can consume usage.
Included monthly usage resets at the applicable renewal and does not roll over. If you exhaust it, AI features may be restricted until renewal or an available additional allowance is purchased; local tools remain subject to your active subscription. Usage allowances have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred. Any optional top-up is governed by the amount, price, and expiry disclosed before purchase. A displayed but unavailable checkout does not create a purchase or a charge.
5. Payments, renewal, and changes to your plan
When you purchase through Paddle, Paddle acts as merchant of record for that transaction, handling payment, applicable transaction taxes, and purchase receipts. Paddle's Buyer Terms govern its sale to you; these terms govern use of Lodgi Sight. Paddle's transaction terms and non-waivable law take priority where they conflict with these terms on payment, cancellation, or refunds.
A paid monthly subscription renews automatically until canceled. By completing a recurring checkout, you authorize the recurring payments shown there. Review the checkout carefully. Taxes or currency conversion may affect the amount you pay. We do not promise a free trial or discount unless expressly offered. Trial conversion terms, if offered, will be disclosed before acceptance.
Plan-change timing and any proration are shown before confirmation. We will give reasonable advance notice of increases to recurring prices, including any longer notice required by law, and an opportunity to cancel before the new price applies. Failed or overdue payments may result in restricted access following applicable notices. No payment is due merely because you browsed the website or viewed a demo.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can stop future renewals through the Paddle customer portal linked in your purchase email, or obtain billing assistance at paddle.net. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Closing a browser, disconnecting Lodgify, or not using the app does not cancel a paid subscription.
Fees are generally non-refundable. We do not ordinarily grant voluntary refunds for unused time, unused AI allowance, changes of mind, or cancellation partway through a billing period. We may make exceptions at our discretion after reviewing the circumstances, with any Paddle payment refund handled through Paddle. Paddle can also exercise its own refund authority. This does not restrict mandatory withdrawal rights, remedies for defective or undelivered services, or other rights that cannot be waived. The Refund Policy provides the details and request process.
7. Your data and integrations
You retain your rights in the property, reservation, business, and other information you provide or connect ("Customer Data"). You give us permission to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data as needed to provide the features you request, maintain the Service, and meet legal obligations. This permission is limited to those purposes and does not transfer ownership.
You must have authority to connect each account and to process the information it contains, including any guest information. Provide legally required notices and obtain any necessary permissions. Do not submit payment-card numbers, government identification, health information, passwords, or API secrets in AI prompts or support messages. API keys belong only in the designated integration controls.
Third-party data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. Review sync status and source records before relying on a report. Keep appropriate copies of your own business records. Disconnecting an integration stops that connection; it is not a request to erase every historical record or cancel billing. See the Privacy Policy for data handling and deletion requests.
8. AI, forecasts, and business decisions
AI output, forecasts, local-market comparisons, and recommendations are informational tools. They may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or results similar to those supplied to other users. Public listing prices are snapshots and may use sampled dates, differ in fees or availability, or cease to be available.
Verify material figures, assumptions, sources, and suggested actions before changing rates, accepting reservations, filing reports, or making other decisions. Lodgi Sight does not guarantee increased revenue, occupancy, savings, ranking, or any specific commercial result. Its accounting reports are not professional accounting, tax, financial, or legal advice. Obtain qualified advice when needed. You remain responsible for decisions and for compliance with accommodation, tax, privacy, and other laws applicable to your business.
Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use reports and outputs for your business. No exclusive intellectual-property right in AI output is promised.
9. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the Service for fraud, unlawful discrimination, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.
- Access another customer's workspace, bypass authentication or usage controls, probe systems without permission, or introduce malware.
- Misuse credentials, upload information you have no right to process, or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
- Resell the Service, make it available as a competing hosted service, or copy its protected code or design without permission.
- Reverse engineer the Service except where a restriction is prohibited by law.
- Use unauthorized scraping, automation, or excessive requests that disrupt the Service or evade plan limits.
- Manipulate usage records, purchases, payment disputes, or refund processes dishonestly.
10. Software and intellectual property
We and our licensors retain rights in the Service, including software, branding, design, and documentation. While you comply with these terms and any applicable subscription, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the Service for your own business or internal purposes. No ownership of the underlying software is transferred.
You may voluntarily provide feedback. We may use it to improve the Service without compensation, but feedback does not give us additional rights in confidential Customer Data. Third-party names, listings, photographs, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. References to Lodgify, booking channels, or other providers do not imply endorsement.
11. Availability, changes, and support
We use reasonable care to operate the Service but do not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or error-free results. Maintenance, internet conditions, provider outages, and changes to third-party APIs can affect access. Contact support@lodgisight.com for product or account assistance; no particular response time is guaranteed unless separately agreed.
We may improve or change the Service. If we discontinue a material paid capability or the Service itself, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable and any cancellation or refund remedy required by law or the applicable purchase terms. Changes will not retroactively remove mandatory rights attached to an existing purchase.
12. Suspension, termination, and account closure
We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a material breach, nonpayment, fraud, a security threat, or a legal requirement. Where appropriate, we will explain the issue and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. Urgent security or legal issues may require immediate action. Suspension does not remove any rights you have to challenge an error or request a legally required remedy.
You may stop using the Service and request account closure at support@lodgisight.com. Cancel recurring billing separately before its next renewal. After access ends, the permission to use the Service ends, and you should retain permitted exports you need for your records. Data handling after closure follows the Privacy Policy and applicable obligations. Terms that by their nature need to survive, including accrued payment obligations, ownership, limits permitted by law, and dispute provisions, continue to apply.
13. Warranties and mandatory protections
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is supplied on an "as available" basis without additional implied promises of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. This wording does not exclude our express commitments or any mandatory obligation to supply services with reasonable care and skill, conform to their description, or provide legally required remedies.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, deliberate misconduct, or any liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.
14. Limitation of liability
Subject to the mandatory protections above and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, or goodwill resulting from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid for Lodgi Sight during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not reduce a refund or other remedy that you are legally entitled to receive. They apply only where valid for the type of claim and customer involved. Consumer rights that cannot lawfully be restricted remain fully available.
15. Third-party claims involving business use
If you use the Service for a business, you are responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for third-party claims directly resulting from your unlawful use, your infringement of their rights through Customer Data, or your material breach of the acceptable-use rules. This responsibility includes reasonable, documented costs and amounts finally awarded or agreed with your consent, but excludes claims caused by our own breach or wrongdoing.
We will promptly notify you of a claim, cooperate reasonably, and will not agree to a settlement imposing an admission or non-monetary obligation on you without your consent. This clause does not impose additional obligations on consumers where the law does not allow them.
16. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Belize, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections under the law of their habitual residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a waiver of statutory court access.
Please first contact support@lodgisight.com with a description of the problem so we can try to resolve it. This is an invitation to resolve concerns, not a restriction on legal deadlines, regulatory complaints, payment disputes, or urgent relief. Disputes about a Paddle transaction are also subject to Paddle's applicable buyer terms.
17. Changes to these terms and general provisions
We may update these terms and will publish the revised date. For material changes affecting an existing paid subscription, we will provide advance notice by email or in the Service, normally at least 30 days where practicable, and obtain consent when required by law. Changes needed urgently for security or legal compliance may take effect sooner. New terms do not retroactively eliminate accrued rights.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent lawful. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not assign this agreement without our consent, except where the law permits it. We may transfer it in a reorganization or sale if your rights and protections are preserved. These terms, applicable purchase disclosures, and any separately signed service agreement form the agreement for use of the Service; a separately signed agreement takes priority where it expressly says so.
