1. Who is responsible and what this covers

Nexora Solutions, trading as Lodgi Sight, based in Belize, Central America, operates the Lodgi Sight website and application. Contact support@lodgisight.com for privacy questions or requests. This notice covers website visits, accounts, support inquiries, integrations, AI features, and subscription administration.

For our own account administration and operation of the Service, we determine why and how personal data is used. Rental businesses determine the purposes for which their guest and reservation data is connected. Where we process that data on a customer's behalf, their instructions and any applicable data-processing agreement also govern. Guests should ordinarily direct booking-related requests to their host or property manager.

2. Information processed

  • Account information: name, email, workspace or company name, optional phone number, login and recovery information, and account settings.
  • Connected rental data: properties, reservations, guest names and other fields supplied by the supported integration, stay dates, booking channels, amounts, occupancy, rates, availability, and minimum stays. The fields available depend on the integration.
  • Connection information: your Lodgify API key, connection status, sync timestamps, and technical error information. Stored integration credentials are encrypted by the application.
  • AI interactions: prompts you submit, relevant portfolio context, outputs, request history used during a session, and usage records such as model, token counts, feature, and allowance consumption.
  • Billing information: selected plan, subscription status, billing period, allowance, and transaction-related identifiers. When Paddle handles checkout, payment-card information is submitted to its payment flow; our app does not provide its own card-entry form.
  • Website and support information: inquiry details you choose to provide, including rental count, company, contact information, and message; and technical connection or hosting logs such as IP address, browser information, request time, and errors.

3. Why information is used

We use information to create and secure accounts; import and display connected rental information; calculate analytics, forecasts, and reports; answer requested AI questions; manage subscriptions and usage; respond to support requests; investigate errors, fraud, and abuse; and meet legal obligations.

Where a lawful basis is required, account and service delivery generally rely on performing a contract, security and service administration on legitimate interests balanced against individuals' rights, and legally required recordkeeping on legal obligations. We obtain consent when required for an optional activity. A host is responsible for its lawful basis for connecting guest information. We do not use your rental records to sell advertising.

4. AI and public-market features

When an external AI feature is used, the request and relevant context are sent to OpenAI for processing. The assistant's prepared portfolio context is designed to focus on business metrics rather than guest identifiers. However, the text you type is part of the request; do not include guest contact details, payment information, passwords, or sensitive personal information in a prompt.

Market comparisons can send property characteristics, location, stay dates, and related query information to AI and public-search services. Public listing sources can include Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, and Google. Following a third-party listing link subjects that visit to the destination's own practices. Local calculations do not require an external AI request merely because you view them.

5. Service providers and disclosures

Information is shared as needed with providers supporting the features you use:

  • Supabase: authentication, account and workspace records, stored portfolio data, usage records, and encrypted connection records.
  • Vercel: hosting and operating the app at app.lodgisight.com, including associated technical requests and logs.
  • OpenAI: requested AI processing; the marketing website is hosted through Sites, whose hosting and access systems may also process technical or sign-in information.
  • Lodgify: authenticating your connection and supplying portfolio data.
  • Paddle: checkout, payment, fraud prevention, taxes, and subscription transaction administration when used. Paddle also handles information under its own privacy terms.
  • FormSubmit: forwarding contact inquiries to our support inbox when that form is enabled. The website does not send inquiries through the disabled form.

We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights or security, to professional advisers under appropriate duties, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable protections. We do not sell access to your private workspace or reservation records.

6. Cookies and browser storage

The app uses necessary sign-in cookies, including access, refresh, and password-recovery cookies. Refresh cookies may last up to one year unless cleared or replaced earlier. Browser session storage holds an assistant-session identifier; local storage may hold account-display settings until cleared. Signing out clears the app's authentication cookies but may not erase every browser preference.

The marketing pages do not currently include our own advertising pixels or analytics tags. Hosting providers, authentication systems, Paddle checkout, and an enabled contact form's spam protection may use their own necessary technologies. You can manage cookies and storage in your browser, but blocking necessary storage may prevent login or other functions. We will update this notice and obtain consent where required before introducing optional tracking.

7. Retention and deletion

Account and workspace records are retained while needed to provide the account and its connected features. Some records may be kept longer where necessary for legal, tax, accounting, security, dispute-resolution, or backup purposes. Retention depends on the type of data, whether the account remains active, the purpose for keeping it, and applicable obligations; we do not promise immediate erasure from every backup or independent provider.

Disconnecting Lodgify removes the active integration credential record and replaces the currently stored portfolio with demo data in the app. This does not erase historical logs, usage records, provider backups, or your original Lodgify data. Request account or data deletion at support@lodgisight.com. We will verify authority, explain applicable exceptions, and respond within legally required periods.

8. Security and international processing

We use measures such as account authentication, workspace separation, encrypted stored integration credentials, and HTTPS to help protect data. No system is completely secure. Protect your credentials, limit authorized users, and contact us promptly about a suspected incident.

Our providers may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States, where privacy laws can differ. When the law requires transfer safeguards or processing terms, these must be in place for the relevant processing. Contact us for information about the arrangements applicable to your data. This notice is not a claim of certification or of compliance with every jurisdiction.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, or complain to a data-protection authority. Some rights have exceptions. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate earlier lawful processing. Contact support@lodgisight.com and explain your request; we may need proportionate information to verify your identity or authority.

You can update supported account details in the app and disconnect the integration. A request about guest data may need to be directed to the rental business responsible for it. A privacy request does not by itself cancel a paid subscription; use the cancellation process in the Refund Policy.

10. Children and changes to this notice

Lodgi Sight is intended for adults running or managing rentals, not for children under 18. Do not create an account for a child or submit children's information except where you have a lawful basis and it is necessary for your legitimate rental operations. Contact us if you believe an unauthorized child's account or information has been supplied.

We will update the date of this notice when practices change and provide additional notice or request consent where required. Questions or complaints: support@lodgisight.com.
